Grow kits are living products. We don't treat them like shelf stock — we run tight batches, keep them clean, and only pack when they're ready.

Most bad trips aren't about dose — they're about context. Who you're with, where you are, how you feel walking in. The points below take two minutes to read and can save you a whole afternoon.

Do not use if

—You are under 18.
—You have a personal or family history of psychosis, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
—You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
—You take SSRIs, MAOIs, lithium, tramadol or recreational stimulants.
—You have a heart condition or severe anxiety disorder untreated.
—You’re driving, operating machinery or need to be sharp for the next 8 hours.

Set & setting

→Choose a day you have nothing else on. Six hours, minimum.
→Pick a place that feels safe. A friend’s sofa beats a club.
→Have a sober, trusted friend around, especially the first time.
→Eat light beforehand. Drink water, skip the alcohol.
→Start with a low dose. You can always take more next time; you can’t take less now.
→Set an intention. Music, blanket, journal, nature — whatever grounds you.

If it gets rough

Breathe slowly. Remind yourself it will end usually within an hour or two.
Change rooms. Dim the lights, put on familiar music, wrap yourself in a blanket.
Drink water. Eat something sweet — a bit of sugar can steady the ship.
Talk to your trip-sitter. Saying it out loud usually takes the edge off.
For real emergencies — breathing, heart, mixed substances — call 112 (EU) or 911 (US).
